
To create a new customer, select 'Customers' from the main menu the click the 'New Customer' button. A default customer number will be created that you can edit if you wish, enter some basic customer information and a new customer will then be created.
Other customer details can be added, including invoice and delivery address, account manager and customer contacts.
A customer must be assigned an Account Manager (Customer Financials) and the 'Account Status' be set to Active before any quotations or sale orders can be created. To do this, click on the Customer Finanicals icon, next to 'Account Status'.
