Create a Sale Order
Once your customer has accepted the estimate a sale order can be created. Select the estimate and click the “Create Sale Order” button. From within sale orders you can add other line items that are required for the sale. To find further Stock items for your sale order simply click the spy glass much the same as you did for the estimate from here you can find the Stock item and select it to add to the sale order.
From the sales order you can manage the acknowledgment of the order from the customer and the internal work orders needed for the sale. Any purchase orders that you will have to make for the sale order, invoicing for the work as well as the delivery notes for the sale order can also be managed here.
