User Management and Security

Initial User Setup

The initial user setup is handled in the User Mgmt area of BusinessMan. Within User Mgmt under the 'System User Management' tab is a list of all staff members on the BusinessMan system. Select a staff member from the list the click the 'Add Security Group' button then select a security group from the drop down list.

To create a security group select the 'Security Group Management' tab then the 'Add Security Group' button on the far left of the page. This group will start off without any modules click the 'Add Security Module to Group' to add some security modules. You can modify permissions of Security modules within the last two lists on the right of the page. Click the plus to add the action to the module and use and click the minus to remove the action.
