Summary

The Call Handling Module is a list of all outbound calls to be made by staff members.

Calls can be created on bulk. For example, search for prospects/customers within a region and automatically create a call for each prospect/customer. The delay between each call can also be specified, for example every 5 minutes between your custom working hours (9AM - 5PM).

Should you have a compatible telephony system, users can dial directly out from BusinessMan to the customer/supplier. Staff can also dial external via Skype at the click of a button which is integrated within BusinessMan.
