Document Management

The Document Management software module is integrated into all other modules easily allowing the sharing of business documents throughout the system. Our FileMaker Pro document management system makes things simple. You may have important documents relating to the customer. These documents can be simply managed from within the database and will be associated with Customers, Prospects, Suppliers, Jobs, etc. The file location on the server is automatically created by BusinessMan and the file is uploaded at the push of a button or simply drag the document into BusinessMan.

Easy Find – It's extremely simple to find customers without creating complex queries. Just enter the "find" mode and enter what you're searching for in any of the relevant data fields. All the documents can be found under the Documents tab and can be viewed instantly by all users (given the correct privileges).

Customer Document Management

Upload unlimited documents against each customer. All the user needs to do is provide a filename and BusinessMan takes care of the rest. The file will be logically stored in the filesystem, which will then be immediately accessible to everyone (given the correct privileges).
