Email

Emails can be sent and received using the BusinessMan system with the full internal email client. Should you want to use your Outlook/Entourage email client, that is not a problem as BusinessMan will integrate completly with your mail, todo list, calendar and contacts. BusinessMan can can also integrate with Exchange - Outlook, Entourage and Exchange are optional modules.

All emails can be view within the system, from all staff members. Emails can be marked using the Privacy so that sensitive emails can be private, which are not visible to other staff members.

Emails are stored against a customer/supplier/prospect so that all communication can be tracked. Emails marked as private emails are not visible unless the user is a recipient.

Summary

Private Addresses are a list of your personal recipients that will be automatically marked as Private when an email is sent to you and received within the system. Only the intended recipient can then open and view the email content. The email will also be hidden from global email areas of the system.

If a user has the rights, emails are visible from other email accounts - For example, when a staff member is away, there emails can still be actioned.

Unlimited number of email accounts, all coming into the system.

Each email account can have a (different) default email signature.

Manage your email folders. You may create as many custom folders as required.

Click "Modify Folders" to Add / Delete / Edit your current folders.

Recipients can be selected for To, CC, and BCC from anywhere in the system.

The Email also marks which user has read (opened) the email first.

Integration with Outlook is also possible if required, which requires a plugin.

Tasks can be created directly from an email at the click of a button, which will copy the email content into your task.
