Send SMS messages to customers, suppliers and even prospects. SMS messages are audited within the system and can be viewed by user, date sent and recipient number.

The same SMS message can be sent to muliple recipients. The number of messages that can be sent is only limited by the number of SMS credits remaining at your SMS Gateway service provider.

Summary

When using an SMS marketing camapign, you will find integrated "tinyurl.com", where the system will automatically reduce the size of a URL in an SMS message.

The system automatically counts the number of characters remaining in the SMS message.

Compose SMS

New SMS window. Type the SMS number (this will be prefilled if SMS is selected from a contact), then the content and click Send. The SMS will be sent and stored against the contact in the system. Using another setting, multiple recipients can be sent the same message.
