Summary

Tasks allow you to keep on top of todo items, rather than being a job, which is related to a Customer. Tasks are independant of other system modules.

Create related tasks and forward to other system users or departments.

The task reminder window will popup when a task is due (or x minutes before if selected). The task can then be opened, snoozed or dismissed.
