BusinessMan Layout Overview
BusinessMan uses an intuitive design layout through the system to allow users to become familiar with the system capability and system menus quickly.
Layout Detail:
Below is a screen shot of the Customers module. Each area of the screen has its own important role to play.
Further down your page you will see a key detailing the main areas of the BusinessMan modules:
Key:
Green: |
The green area is the system menu. This provides quick access to different modules within the system (depending on user rights).
The current module is highlighted using an orange background.

Yellow: |
The yellow area contains the navigation page. Use type ahead in the search box at the top of the area or scroll to the company name you would like to select using the scoll bar. The blue button in the yellow area will select the company.

Red: |
The red area contains the main company information.
This will contain the main company details for customers, suppliers, prospects, etc. The tabs in the red area display all activity for this company. For example, all quotations issue to any contact in the company, all jobs, orders, invoices, etc. The red area is a company level view.

Blue: |
The blue area contains all company contact information.
Each contact of the company is listed here, detailing email, address and telephone information. The tabs in the blue area display all activity solely for this company contact. When raising a quotation for the company, the quotation will be actioned to this contact.
