BusinessMan Training

BusinessMan is extremely simple to use and intuitive. Should you require a helping hand for you or your staff we have training sessions available.

Training slots are available in 30 minute and 1 hour increments. Custom times are available upon request.

Development time can be used for training as and when required. Should training be completed remotely, the audio and video of the session can be recorded and forwarded to you for future review or replaying to other members of staff. The ability to record sessions allow us to “Train the Trainer” for a truly cost effective solution.

BusinessMan requires FileMaker 11 or above (included in the price).

Installation / Set-up

Installation guides are available upon request, to help see you through a seamless installation. To configure BusinessMan, your company details, tax settings and contact data will need to be entered.

There are a couple of ways to get your own data into BusinessMan. Export from your current system, and then import into BusinessMan yourself using the help guides. Alternatively, forward your data file(s) to us, and we will import the data on your behalf. This can be done remotely on your installed version of BusinessMan (post-delivery), or the data can be imported before BusinessMan is delivered. Please let us know before using BusinessMan.

To request an Engineer to (or assist to) Install BusinessMan / FileMaker and/or FileMaker Server, please contact us to discuss remote access and which applications will need to be installed. We can then provide an accurate quotation for this installation.

The 1 days free customisation does not include set-up/configuration.

Installation

BusinessMan is extremely simple to install and there are how-to documents and guides available to assist you with this process if required. The BusinessMan user license cost does not include installation or configuration of BusinessMan or FileMaker. However, should you require one of our engineers to remotely* install BusinessMan and/or any other software, please contact us for pricing. More information on setup and installation.
