How to delete a Quotation:
If deleting a Quotation for a Customer:
- Main Menu
- Click Customers
- In the list on the left, select the Individual or Company that you would like to create a quotation for by clicking the blue circle button
- In the bottom half of the screen, click on the Quotes tab
- Select the name of the contact you would like to delete the quotation for in the drop down list
- Click the Blue circle button to open the desired quotation
- Click the Delete Quote button (top left menu)
If deleting a Quotation for a Prospect:
- Main Menu
- Click Prospects
- In the list on the left, select the Individual or Company that you would like to delete a quotation for by clicking the blue circle button
- In the bottom half of the screen, click on the Quotes tab
- Click the Blue circle button to open the desired quotation
- Click the Delete Quote button (top left menu)
Once the quote has been deleted, it can no longer be viewed as it will be completely removed from the system. This action is audited.
Note: You must have sufficient rights to access and delete the quotation.
