I can no longer print from my Printer?
Before raising a support Call the user should check the following to ensure that Changes have not been made that they are unaware of.
- Is the Printer still physically connected to the Network?
- Can the printer be accessed fro other applications such as Notepad, Text Edit?
- Have any modifications been made to th printer such as a Bios update without the user being aware?
- Have the Printer settings in BusinessMan been changed by another staff memeber?
Ensuring that all of the above factors have been taken into consideration will ensure that the issue does not lie with the printer and can save the user potential outage time and support costs associated with type of request.
