What is QA?

The “QA” is for communications that are of a “Quality Assurance” nature, for example, in the case of companies that follow procedures according to ISO9000, QA is an integral part of the requirement.

As an example, if a customer calls regarding a faulty product or to make a complaint, the communication is flagged as “QA”.
