Being able to view the stock cost price is permission based. You need to have the permission “View Stock Cost Price” added to your security group in order to see the cost price. To fix this you can go to HR > User Mgmt > Security Group Management and select the security group you are part of, select stock and add the “View Stock Cost Price”” to the list of permissions you have.
