Filemaker encountered a problem and needed to close, or your computer has crashed!
Should your connection to FileMaker terminate unexpectedly, FileMaker Server will take some time to register the dropped connection (approximate 3 minutes). FileMaker Server will not allow the same user to re-logon to the server until that connection has been disconnected.
You can manually disconnect the dropped connection from the FileMaker Server Admin Console.
Open the FileMaker Server Admin Console:
- Client Clients
- Select the user you would like to disconnect
- Select Disconnect from the option list
- Click 'Perform Action'
Once disconnected, the user will then be able to log back into BusinessMan.
