A user will be banned until they are manually unbanned, there is no time setting for a banned period. To ban/unban a user, perform the following:
- From Main Menu
- Click User Mgmt (User Management)
- Click the tab System User Status
- Click on the Ban icon for as many users as you would like to ban.
You can also log a user off from this area if they are currently logged in to make the ban effective immediately.
