How do I set up an email signature?

Email signatures are set-up in MyDesk.

  • From Main Menu
  • Click My Desk
  • Click My Email Tab
  • Click Signatures Tab

From this area, you can manage your Email Signatures for all email accounts.

Each email account can have a different "New" and "Reply/forward" signature. The signatures will be automatically attached to the email when created.
