An Event Type is a method of categorising the Appointment / Job.
- Event Types are colour coded to show the disposition of each appointment.
- Each Event Type colour can be user-defined.
- Create unlimited number of Event Types for each Resource Category.
For example, the Resource Category "Engineers" may have the following Event Types:
- Call Out
- Initial Maintenance
- Service
- etc.
However, the Resource Category "Vehicles" may have the following different Event Types (and colours):
- Servicing
- Repair
- Booked
- etc.
