"RTG used FileMaker for 6 years, a solution which was developed by Computech IT Services. The introduction of new management and a company re-shuffle saw a new database system installed. Following hundreds of thousands of pounds on a new system, a system that still does not perform as required, and after a 2 year period, we have returned to the FileMaker platform.

BusinessMan had the core functionality of our requirements, however we did require a new warehouse management module to be developed to accommodate our business needs. We use web services with BusinessMan to generate orders made from our live customer website, of which the orders are stored in a MSSQL database. We are very happy to be pushing BusinessMan throughout the company, as the last system really did hit us hard. Our users require very little training to get to grips with the new system.
